American Auto Dynamics is operated by American Steering LLC and is an independent aftermarket automotive-parts retailer.

American Auto Dynamics provides a 30-Day Limited Warranty on eligible products purchased directly from our website. The warranty period begins on the confirmed delivery date.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products purchased directly from American Auto Dynamics are eligible for this warranty.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If we confirm that a product has a covered manufacturing defect, American Auto Dynamics may, depending on the circumstances:

• Repair the product

• Replace it with the same or a comparable product

• Provide another appropriate resolution as required by applicable law

Reporting a Warranty Issue

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

• Stop using or installing the product.

• Do not drill, cut, paint, sand, modify, or permanently install it.

• Keep the product and all original packaging.

• Email info@americanautodynamics.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos.

We may request additional information before approving the claim.

Products arriving damaged during shipping, incorrect, or visibly defective should be reported within 3 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty coverage:

• The product must have been purchased directly from American Auto Dynamics.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• The product must have been used under normal conditions.

• Installation instructions and recommended installation practices must have been followed.

• The product must not have been improperly installed, modified, damaged, or misused.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for aftermarket automotive products.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper or incorrect installation

• Damage caused during installation

• Drilling, cutting, sanding, painting, or unauthorized modification

• Accidents, collisions, misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper maintenance or storage

• Unauthorized repairs

• Damage caused by incorrect vehicle or fitment information supplied by the customer

• Minor variations in carbon-fiber weave, finish, color, texture, or other normal manufacturing characteristics

• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s intended use or function

Claim Review

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically guarantee approval.

American Auto Dynamics will review the order information and submitted evidence to determine whether the issue qualifies for coverage. Do not return a product until you receive authorization and return instructions from our team.
