American Auto Dynamics Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders. Additional charges may apply to oversized items, remote locations, expedited shipping, or international orders. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Most orders are prepared, produced, inspected, and delivered within approximately 1–3 weeks after payment is confirmed.

This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on product availability, customization, order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@americanautodynamics.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

• The product
• The shipping box
• The packaging
• The shipping label

Keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment appears lost or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

A replacement, refund, or other resolution may be provided after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms the shipment status.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Cancellation and address-change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests cannot be guaranteed once production, processing, or shipment has begun. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges.

Customs delays are outside the control of American Auto Dynamics.
