OVERVIEW

Throughout these Terms of Service, “American Auto Dynamics,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to American Auto Dynamics brand, operated by American Steering LLC.

By visiting this website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all policies referenced on this website, including our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Warranty Policy.

These Terms apply to all website visitors and customers. Please review them carefully before using the website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you represent that:

You will use our website and products only for lawful purposes.
You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or limit service, cancel orders, or restrict quantities when reasonably necessary and as permitted by law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of this website or service without our prior written permission.

Payment information is encrypted during transmission and processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, fitment information, pricing, availability, photographs, and other website content accurate and current.

Occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel an order because of an error or product unavailability, any payment collected for that order will be refunded.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products, limit purchase quantities, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.

Sale prices and promotional offers apply only during the stated promotional period. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND VEHICLE FITMENT

We sell aftermarket automotive parts and accessories, including carbon-fiber components, body kits, front lips, side skirts, rear diffusers, wings, spoilers, hoods, steering wheels, lighting, interior trim, suspension components, and other performance accessories.

Product Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to display products accurately. Slight variations in carbon-fiber weave, finish, color, texture, manufacturing characteristics, lighting, photography, and screen calibration may occur and are not automatically considered defects.

Vehicle Fitment

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete fitment information and providing accurate vehicle year, make, model, trim, body style, and other requested information before ordering.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Products must be carefully test-fitted before drilling, painting, cutting, modifying, or permanently installing them.

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Customers agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, vehicle, and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing, prevent delivery, or result in order cancellation.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, policy violations, or unavailable products.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

American Auto Dynamics currently ships within the United States.

Estimated processing and delivery times vary by product:

Standard products generally require approximately 1–2 weeks for processing and delivery.
Carbon-fiber and made-to-order products generally require approximately 2–4 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
Oversized or freight-shipped products may require additional time.

The timeframe stated on the individual product page takes priority. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by product availability, production schedules, quality inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available and may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All eligible products, including carbon-fiber and made-to-order products, may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

Eligible returns must be authorized, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, hardware and accessories. Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

SECTION 9 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders canceled before processing, sourcing, or production begins are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Made-to-order products cannot be canceled after processing, sourcing, production, or fulfillment has started.
An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. After delivery, an eligible product may be submitted for an authorized return under our Refund and Return Policy.

SECTION 10 – USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information.
Misuse the website or interfere with its operation or security.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
Use the website or services in violation of applicable law.
Use our content, website, or services in a manner that infringes the rights of American Auto Dynamics, its customers, or another party.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites or services. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that party’s own terms and policies.

SECTION 12 – WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except for any express coverage provided in our Warranty Policy or as required by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Auto Dynamics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, liability, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights, disputes arising from purchases made through American Auto Dynamics will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in Orange County, California, including the Small Claims Division where applicable.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. If a chargeback is initiated, we may provide relevant order, shipment, communication, and policy documentation to the payment processor or financial institution in accordance with applicable law and payment-network rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
